I think I used to use that company in the 70s when I got my first little terraced house. A pipe leaked in the bathroom and brought the lounge ceiling down and flooded it. David, the local insurance man was ace and sorted me out in no time, even giving me some good advice about the best way to put the claim in.

Those days are long gone I'm afraid.............................

Stopped using the AA years ago. We were with them for 15 years and I called to question the increase in costs.
