I have just bought it and had it serviced.
I have a damp report which indicates a lot of damp. It basically needs ripping out and starting again.
It also needs brake shoes and damper.

Service report. Saying about the brake shoes and damper. I think that work is £250 all in. The service was still carried out on full. So it’s all been oiled etc. All the appliances and heater work etc.
