Well we've finally done it!.....The Eriba Feeling has our name on it and will be collected soon. Sooooo exciting!!!!
The fact that we're complete novices to caravanning in general is a bit scary; but sometimes it's good just to jump straight in.....isn't it?

From what I've read so far on this Forum, you all seem a decent and down-to-earth group of people, so a bit of the "newbie worries" have worn off!

I'd better get back to roasting the chicken, now; but will be in touch when there's something to tell/ask you.
Regards,
Trialvan.

Hi trialvan and welcome to the forum. No need for the "newbie worries" on Eribafolk. There's a mixture of wannabe owners, new owners and old hands on here who enjoy chatting about anything you like really.
Great news about the "Feeling". Bet you can't wait to get started. If you're completely new to the game then there's lots of bits and pieces to learn about and also to purchase so, if you need to know about anything at all, then please ask.

Thanks for the 'welcome's. When we collect the Feeling we'll get a couple of hours of instruction/introduction etc. from the sellers, but there'll no doubt be more stuff that we need to know - as that chap said "I'll be back"......

Welcome from me too.

I don't think we've got many members with Eriba Feelings so it will be interesting to hear about your experiences with it.

Saw two Dutch owned "Feelings" at Caspe, Spain, a couple of weeks ago. I've just added them to the Photo Gallery. I particularly liked the orange one.

Welcome also and don't worry - everyone has to be new at something, as Carole and I were to caravanning, switching from campervans a few years back.
Loads of good stuff in here as you will find.
There was a Feeling at the EOC spring rally at Charmouth last week I think.

Funny you should mention Campervans....hubby Paul has always fancied one. Maybe sometime in the future but at present the Feeling - and caravanning in general ticks more boxes.
As a matter of interest, wht did you change to being a "tugger" rather than a "chugger" ? If you don't mind me asking.....

You know how you can't remember seeing something until are interested in it - just seen a Touring on the A66. Not sure which model; can't recall seeing one before!!

We had two VW campervans. The first was a classic T2 and the 2nd a T4. Whilst we never had a problem packing them up to move for a day out we decided as years and therefore age goes by to have a small caravan which allowed us to leave everything as it was and just drive away for a day, simple as that really.

My reasoning, too; hence the Feeling. Paul's taken a bit more convincing but is seeing the light!!

Good, but it's no sweat. Just take it as it comes. This forum has a rally in July near Gloucester by the way. Might see you there ah! just found out where you are and it might be a bit far.
