We have just found a 540GT so our much loved 430GT is for sale.

2016. Normal GT pack plus Hot water, Motor mover, 3 burner hob, A Frame Towball, twin dinette model, Truma gas heater, winter cover.spare wheel

Hi,

Is it possible to implement the bunkbed system on this one? Would be interested to know the reason for upgrading to a slightly larger one? We are toying with whether to get a larger one or the 430 which would fit on our drive,.

Being slightly taller the different bed layout on the 540 works better for me though even at 6' I found the 430 absolutely fine.

540/420/410 models all have 6ft 5ins long single bed capability in the lounge.

Tritons are 2m wide and the double beds are 6ft 2ins long. All Trolls since 2010 have been 2.1m wide and their double beds are therefore about 6ft 6ins long.

Generally folk need 4ins more bed length than their height to be comfortable. So, ideally someone 6ft 1ins tall requires a bed 6ft 5ins long, or more.

A 430 would be a bit restrictive, whilst a 540 offers either single or double layout that fits someone 6ft 1ins tall.
