Whether to buy 1992 with grey window seals?

Currently on my quest to buy a Puck. I have found a 1992 Puck but it has grey window seals. I have read some of the forum posts on here and it seems they usually become a nightmare. Is it best to avoid one that hasn't already had them changed or to buy one with black ones anyway? I'm not terribly good at DIY due to lack of patience, how much do they cost and how much to have a caravan engineer to fit them?

Thanks guys, sorry about all the questions

I was quoted £500 to change out just the opening Windows which are the easiest to do so I would assume you are looking at the thick end of £1000 plus. The grey seals on a 1992 Eriba will almost certainly need replacing. I did all my 1993 Pucks seal for £220, It's worth considering having a go at replacing them yourself have a look at these how to guides.
