Hello, I am Stewart,

I am waiting for a new Ocean Drive next month as my retirement present. I wondered about purchasing a hitch and wheel lock. AL in Poole sell the Nemesis Ultra but I wondered if it is possible to use an AL-KO lock on a Troll as these look to be a stronger design and you can get discounts for these locks on insurance.

Welcome Stewart.
I'm guessing you mean the Alko with the model specific receiver plate that is attached to the van. I do not believe these are available for our Eriba Touring, hence the advice to use a Nemesis Ultra. I switched to one of these a few years ago and I'm very pleased with it. I also use a genuine Alko hich lock.
You will find due to the value of your new Eriba that your insurance provider will ask for two such security measures at the very least.

What wheels are you having fitted? If alloys you may be OK with the Nemesis but if steel wheels with shiny hub caps it could be difficult to use!
