Eriba Touring braking arrangements are the same as virtually every other caravan and are a function of the chassis on which they're built. When the towing vehicle slows down the drawbar on the hitch compresses and that action puts on the caravan brakes. The harder the towcar brakes the more the caravan brakes. When the car pulls away the drawbar extends on the caravans brakes come off.
