Isabella North Awning/Troll 540

Hi, Is there anyone out there who has an Eriba Troll and uses a Isabella North Awning? We have bought a new one but the package did not have any instructions specific to the eriba in the package. We tried to put it up but using the ones off their website. These we found very vague and If you have one of these and I would like to ask a few "silly" questions please. Thank you Sara.
