I have a 2014 Triton 420. The bathroom tap is leaking at the base not sure whether it is the tap itself or the hoses, has anyone else experienced this?. If I need to replace the tap useful tips would be appreciated. Thanks.

Apart from a hose joint leak it could be an 'O' ring that's deteriorated or a split in the casing caused by water in the tap freezing over winter. It probably needs the tap removing for inspection in whichever case.
I had nothing to do on this hot afternoon But to settle down and write you a line

Does yours have the shower connector at the bottom, it could be something as simple as tightening the hose connection? Mine has this problem every now and again.

The pipe connections are held in the base of the tap by a steel retaining pin which locates through a hole in the mounting thread - it's quite common for one or both of the connections to force itself past the retaining pin.
The tap will need to be lifted clear of the worktop to remove the pin and to push the pipe(s) back into the tap's base.
You may be able to loosen the retaining nut by hand - grip the body of the tap while holding the nut and rotate the tap anti-clockwise. If it won't budge you'll need to loosen the nut - you won't be able to get a spanner in there but a pair of long-nose vicegrips will reach.
If the pipe connectors appear to be located correctly you'll be able to run the tap with it raised above the worktop to identify where the leak's coming from.
