Overall condition very good, dry inside and sound underneath, the upholstery and curtains are original. Everything works as it should. Windows are leak free and the seals in good condition. Double glazed opening windows have fly screens and blackout blinds.
The body work is very good there is 1 very small dent at the back and tiny scratches on 2 corners.

The caravan is set out with a dining table at the rear (choice of 2 tables), this area seats 4 and can be set up as a double, or with the smaller table, a generous single bed. At the front is a smaller dinette area seating 2 which makes into a single bed.
In the bathroom is a Thetford manual toilet, mirror, vanity sink with cupboard underneath and a high level cupboard.
Opposite is the food preparation area with Fridge Freezer, 2 burner hob and stainless steel sink, underneath is a cutlery drawer and cupboard.
There is a wardrobe with 4 deep shelves and a large storage area underneath (the heater was removed from here). There are also 10 high level cupboards for storage.
Lighting is both 12 volt and 240 volt and there are four 240 volt (uk) sockets and one 12 volt socket plus two USB charge points.
