Hi,

We have a Soplair Bourgogne Awning.

We've only used it once as we tend to take the isabella shadow with us as its quick and easy to put up.

We're off to Pembrokeshire in a couple of weeks and looking to take the bigger Soplair Bourgogne Awning.

From memory, one the side poles has had its end bit broken so it doesn't stay in place.

I don't suppose anyone knows if \ where we can a replacement pole from.

Its looks a quality peace of kit but where is going is usually very windy so it needs to right.

Failing that, has anyone got one of these that is broken \ ready for tip but the poles are intact ?

Seems a shame to buy a new expensive awning when this one is looks amazing quality.

I'll give them a call but I think the end of the poles are unique

I concur with the above. I replaced a bayonet end and it was simply brown/black instead of cream.

I would have thought that any correct diameter pole would be suitable. You only need the correct fittings on them
