Awnings

Hello everyone. New member and 1st post.

Sorry I don't have an Eriba. But I do have a Silver 310 which takes the same size awning as the Familia.

I have a Kampa Pop Air Pro 260 awning that came with the caravan.

It is made for the Puck with a lower rail height and although we use it it is not ideal.

I cannot source a 290 awning. Can I use a motorhome low rise awning?

Or just wait until a 290 comes up for sale.?

The Trigano Indiana is too heavy at 29kgs !!

Welcome Joanne. New Kampa awnings are in short supply as you have found out. The lower awning rail height, 180200cm, campervan awnings are worth a look and many of us use them. You could try the Sunncamp Swift or a Vango. I have just bought an inflatable Vango Siesta. It is also sold as the Elwood through GoOutdoors and versions using a single grp pole instead of the airbeam are available. https://www.vango.co.uk/gb/374-fixed-awnings
They are not a perfect fit but offer a good alternative for a sensible price. £150/200 would get you a good second awning.

Welcome! Norwich camping have just received a supply of Kampa pop air 290s if you are looking for new. They are available on their website.

Thank you all. Have just ordered a 290 from Norwich Camping. Must have been on tge EverGreen. They said loads of camping gear on there!
