Towing cover - again!

We’ve managed 7 or 8 trips out since we got our Troll in May, all with a Protec cover which has helped keep the front clean.
However, on our last holiday, I had time to open up the front windows to polish the bodywork behind the edges.
That’s when I noticed a small chip in the lacquer coat and a corresponding nick in the edge of the window - I think that the cover has increased the effective pressure on the windows while towing, and it caught on the bevelled edge of the joint below the window.
I’ve found a couple of medium density foam pads which I’ve now cut to fit under the lip of the windows to hold it away from the body.

Can anyone suggest a touch up for the lacquer? It’s only the size of a pinhead and hasn’t gone through the paint but I’d like to keep the weather out.
Thanks in advance.

Steve, somebody will come along soon with what the colour code is. It used to be a Fiat colour.
I don't think the marks you have are a result of the cover. My 2017 white stucco, without towing cover, showed the same wear marks as the bottom edge of the front right window (viewed from outside) was tight against the body from new. When the window rubbers were replaced on a recall these stopped.

Thanks Colin,
There is a good gap when stationary, but it might press up harder when moving.
We’re at Tewkesbury for the October meet so we might get some feedback there regarding lacquer/ paint.

The paint for the Eriba is a Fiat colour, Grigio chiaro metallic. Any body repair shop would be able to mix it for you and you can get it in 1/4 litre quantities

Thanks Derek,
I asked a paint specialist last week, and as it’s only the lacquer layer that’s chipped, I bought a clear lacquer touch up pen. 👍
