I am deeply offended ...........................I don't think I have ever boiled anything in a bag.......(perhaps in my student Vesta days) .................................my Christmas dinner is legendary in its quality and quantity. I am also the sommelier with a taste for Stellanbosch Shiraz with the local free range turkey.

I would share Mrs PlP aversion to cooking food in your shorts or indeed her cooking whilst wearing them..................!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
