Welcome Sharon. What age is your Troll as light clusters have differed over the years. Best bet would be a photo.

We have those on our 2003 Triton.

I'm guessing you are referring to a mounting bracket that holds the plastic moulding to the caravan. This moulding was originally grey but goes a bronze colour after many years in the sunlight. The bad news is I doubt Eriba in Germany would have stock of this bracket and a UK dealer definitely would not. Could you remove other side and get a small car body shop/mechanic to fold one up out of a strip of steel.
If it is not the bracket, but the plastic, then a car body shop could be able to repair the moulding. If it is the lens then a closer inspection would show these to be a generic part, possibly Hella.
The only good news is your van lights were standard to Eriba as said above from about 2000 to 2005. They were also found on most models, and I suspect Familia, Triton and Troll would all fit.
If you can attach a picture I do think it would help.
