Mrs R befriended a lady sole traveller with a Go Pod when we were camping at Laycock in September.
She blagged a good look around and when she returned she was very excited about it. I know what'll happen now if I go first.

I'm sure some of you will have a rummage around RL's website and will come across the Easy Caravanning marque that they have taken on.
I had a look at one a couple of months ago and it is the polar opposite of the excellent little Go-Pod. With the demise of the Puck the Go-Pod really is a very serious idea.

A bit of photoshop editing going on here. Members did complain about it as a bit dodgy. Be careful if you are going to buy one.

So, nobody has anything to say?
Schmucks comes to mind. What they needed was a proper 4 wheel drive and a proper van.

Yes, not electric but at least it'd get you there and all the way back AND you get a comfy night's sleep. Enjoy it while you can.

The problem is Steve is that Hymer stopped making the Puck 11 years ago. I think we all felt it was a foolish decision. I wonder if they'll take another look at it?
They appear to be happy to spend a lot of money in creating a large choice of layouts for the Troll.

Those tiny vans are ok as long as it doesn't rain. Where do you put your muddy shoes? And the cost made my eyes water LOL

There is of course the Meerkat which is the nearest Puck lookalike that I know of.

......but the rear door access on a small van gives the added bonus to folk who carry bikes or even a motorbike away with them. Perhaps not the Puck but a new PuckL with a side kitchen and a rear door?

The Meerkat looks nice, but gets pricy when you add all the options, $1300 for a fridge!
Also a tad far if you want to have a look before you buy...... and as for the shipping costs ......
Think I may stick with my vintage Puck!
