Cannot get Traumatic heater (SL3002) to work. Followed instructions, but nothing showing on indicator light. I have replaced the batteries. Any ideas?

Can you give more details please?

Are you talking about the gas heater (Truma) or the electric supplementary heater (Trumatic)?

What are the symptoms and what have you done to try to get it to work? Have you had it working previously?

Which indicator light do you mean, the one on the electric thermostat or the gas flame?

It's ok now, I found the problem. The igniter batteries were not making a good connection. I've put a small screw in the battery housing clip to increase the pressure. Thanks for your time.

Glad you've got it working, Mike. They can be a devil to light.
