Anthony you may be lucky. Up until my present van I used to do limited stuff myself. Van was garage stored on axle stands over winter so I would get underneath, do a visual inspection, clean and re-grease where needed, pop the bungs on the back of the brake drums to check for wear, get a then Corgi registered gas plumber friend to check the gas system and that was more or less it.
I was lucky though as in this time my brakes continued to auto adjust, shoes did not need replacing, I had no gas problems and nothing surfaced that I could not repair or fix back in place.
When my van is out of warranty I plan to do this routine every other year, whilst getting the job done professionally the other times. I seem to recall the Jandi dealership did not do a full all singing and dancing service every year on vans out of warranty, but I stand to be corrected.
