Hi all. We have recently purchased a 2007 Troll 540 GT. Can anyone shed any light on what this cushion with a wooden batten on the back might be for? Hiya as I understand it the seat goes across the beds at the fridge end would you believe! To make extra seating space we have never tried or used it in fact it is in the loft with the other seat from where the cabinet sits. Morphy,

We have a similar wooden bottomed cushion although we have not attached the bar. If you lift up the rear seats ,toward the back end you should find a notch on each for the uprights this is where the ends of the wooden bar fit having removed the cabinet (if you have one) it then makes the rear lounge a sort of u shape. We've only used ours once when we had a serious card school going on with all the children and their various significant others,.

If you use it as a seat you have to be very small to sit comfortably. Of course if the make up the bed without the chest there you get a roughly 6ft 6ins by 6ft 5ins major size double. It's really overkill, as a normal double bed is 2ft narrower and the extra space is not really needed.
