Protec Towing Jacket Missing Fastner

Hope someone can help. Purchased a second-hand Protec touring jacket for our 320 GT, but one of the fasteners is completely missing.

Does anyone know exactly what I'd need to purchase to fit a new one?

Plus, what is needed to secure the jacket to the Eriba itself. Am I right in thinking a 25mm self adhesive stud?
