Changing a light bulb-bathroom

Help Please.
In my bathroom I have a cluster of two round lights to the right of which is one small switch.(All of this is original Eriba)
The switch only works one of the lights which suggests to me that in the other one the bulb has gone.
I've studied the light and tried twisting and turning bits to try and get into it but all to no avail.
Searched the forum and can't find a solution which suggests either I am a useless idiot since no-one else has found it a problem
OR? to be thinking positively it is rare for these bulbs to go.
Has anyone experienced this problem and is there a solution to gain access to the bulb without breaking anything ?
Cheers Ian

Thank you very much...will give it a go this morning.
I'm totally impressed to now have the manual and look forward to reading that tonight.

Firstly welcome to the forum.
Choice of bulb would firstly be fitting led instead of halogen. You will need to get into the fitting before you purchase new bulbs as space will be tight and you need to take some measurements. The led run longer, use about 1/8 of the electricity and and are far cooler so.
The wattage is down to you and how many lights you have in the bathroom. If you have 2 x 10 watt halogen I would fit 2 x 1.5 watt led.
