So I’ve decided to try and take Electrolux RM4230 fridge out.
Having trouble taking the aluminium facia strip off. Undone a few screws holding it on and seems the sink has to be raised which is where I’m having problems as the screws holding the worktop seem to be hidden behind the fridge
Can see one screw from the outside top vent area .
I am taking out the fridge to replace the gas burner and ignition as I can’t get the fridge to work on gas.
Any ideas?

If it is like our 420 triton, there are 5 screws holding the aluminium plate to the underside of the worktop, which are accessible from the outside upper vent. Easier to get out than put back in. I used a mirror and a small strong magnet stuck to the screwdiver (to hold the screw) when replacing the screws.
