I've just bought an Eriba 542 60th Edition 2019. Does anyone know why the fresh water won't work as it keeps leaking. We were told there were 6 valves to close with 2 being under the seat but we can only find one there? Water just keeps flowing out!

We have two valves under the seat on our 2018 van. The rocker valve which should be flat (either left or right - doesn’t matter) and a black screw valve which should tightened down by turning clockwise. Hope this helps.

Look where the water is coming from under the van and then check for a valve inside at around the same spot.

Hi Folks, Thanks so much for replying. I hadn't screwd the vales & had only pushed them down. I also pushed the one inside the tank further down & hey Preston! It worked. Really appreciate your help & taking time out for me.

Also bear in mind that if you keep unscrewing the screw type the screw will come out (water everywhere). Just 2 or 3 turns should do.
