I seem to recall from the C&MC forum reading of a member towing a lightweight caravan with a Mini Countryman. If you check here you should be able to get a good idea:- https://towcar.info/outfitmatch.php

holy smoke just did a match and it said
Speeds of 81 mph (130 km/h) to 86 mph (138 km/h) are often quite possible.
my car likes to tootle along 60mph is max on motorway before see fuel gauge drop rapidly, not towing anything
the thought of that fuel gauge at 80mph am sure Police persons would be concern over speed limit.

The Eriba brochure a few years ago (2013) showed a Mini towing a Triton on the front. Having looked, BMW Minis featured quite a lot in Hymer Eriba adverts in recent years. 2008 had two Minis passing each other. I remember another with a Cooper S towing an Eriba, which made me wonder how the towbar worked when the twin exhausts are in the middle at the back...

Only the oldest classic minis are certified to tow. I think Hymer's publicity uses a lot of photoshop creativity.

The half-baked effort with the outfit driving through the fishing village has got the sun coming from two different directions.
Hopeless.

The new Mini range can tow - at least the Countryman and Clubman can. Here’s our Clubman SD with our old ‘93 Puck and now a ‘04 510GT. As always check with Mini that your model is ok to tow and check the tow capacity as it can vary with models and engine sizes.
Clubman tows Eriba caravan really well to be honest - I can’t complain at all. Just need to make sure your fairly textbook with loading the caravan and keep the nose weight sensible.
What Eriba model are you planning to tow with it?
