As a long time mod on Caravan Talk I can attest to the many complaints about Consett's products and the abysmal customer service attitude post sale. We've even had someone who worked there a few years ago saying how toxic the workplace environment was and maybe still is.
Everyone was hoping that the injection of Hymerism after the takeover would improve matters but before any improvement could be seen the Thor Industries takeover happened and it would seem their attitude found a welcome in Consett and any hope of improvement went out of the door.
