We have a Vango Siesta air awning we used on our Triton. It did a nice job but at the ends we got the usual dribbles and spray coming in the ends.
Following up on a leed from Randa I thought I'd try a couple of swimming pool noodles over the fabric against the van for a better fit. I discovered that the yellow insulation that is wrapped around scaffold poles was a better bet, readily available, came in at 2m long and cheaper.
I've just tried them out on our new Feeling and they did not sort the fit out, so I took them off. Somebody then turned the big tap on in the sky and The Loire has seen a deluge. I think I saw Noah sail past our riverside pitch. A thought them occured and I re-fitted them. What a result, they haven't filled the gap but they act like a downpipe clipped down the edge of the awning and I'm a happy bunny.
