I do not recall reading anything about particular concerns, but I would question the year. The Forever Young was a transition model and did not appear until the brochure for the 2010 orders was released in August of 2009. Models available to order from the brochure as a factory build typically take 6-8 months when ordered this way. This is my experience of factory orders I made in 2006 and 2016. Hopefully I've attached the brochure .From the picture I've seen you would appear to get less top cupboards with doors as a few are open
I'd look at all the usual places including around windows for any stains, especially the back as it seems all models have been prone to water getting in around the high level brake light. I believe the chassis was the first to be zinc plated, so hopefully all well there for the future.
It seems strange that Hymer/Eriba brought out a transition model with many things correct and then went backwards with cheaper fittings and cabinetwork on the models that started production for 2012.

Most Forever Young models I've seen for sale have been 2009, so I imagine they were available before 2010MY.
I think build quality on the early new shape Eribas with the higher roof seems to be good. We have a 2012 Troll which we've had over 10years and it's been almost faultless. Late 2012 on vans suffered with splitting wood in the top cupboards and toilet doors falling off.

Aha! The infamous brochure with a Mini Cooper S appearing to tow an Eriba - despite having twin exhaust pipes in the centre of the rear bumper where a tow bar would go - just posed near each other for the photo, i should imagine...

This 2012 manual may be what you want. It changed little over the years, just odd updates as new models came in. Page 45 looks like your door handle and I think page 105 might be your toilet, if so it is the manual you are after.

Congratulations. Time to start booking some trips away then.
