Kitchen sink tap

It has stopped working because the wires have come out of the tap.its a plastic type on an eriba 310 2002 year.
Can you take the tap apart to reconnect the wiring or do I need a new tap?

At 22 years old it may be worthwhile saving yourself the trouble of attempting a repair and simply replace it. If you have a look at the Leisureshop Direct website , https://www.leisureshopdirect.com/search...ld%20sink%20tap, some of the simple taps are very cheap, eg the Comet London cold water tap at £15.79.
