Replacing the Pop Top Springs on 2018 540

I've done a search for this subject on the forum, FB groups and a general Google without finding any information.
Has anyone replaced the springs on the pop top X frame that assist pulling the roof and holding it up ?
The reason I ask, on my 2018 - 540 , the front end of the roof tends to sag down about an inch or so , the back end stays fully up
I've lubricated the X frame to ensure it's not sticky ..so I figured the spring must have lost some of its tension, or is this just normal .. ?
Does anyone who has replaced or know where there can be bought ? I've looked on all the usual suspects web sites but can't find them.

Silly question Jim but is the spring still there or has it become detached on one side? We have come across some Eribas where the springs are missing. Admittedly on older vans but it seems crazy that the spring on your 2018 van has broken down already.

No, the spring is not missing or come off.. am also surprised no one else has reported this problem..

It does seem strange. There are many "new style" Eriba owners on here. Lets see if anyone can offer any advice?
