We couldn't see the point of this shelf apart from something to bump your head on in bed so it had to go.

This was before, I removed the screws holding the shelf in then took the table bracket off the shelf front, drilled three holes to hold it in and screwed it back below the window. It looks better already.

Judging by the upholstery your Puck is circa 1999. Older Pucks didn't have the shelf. Here's our 1995 Puck interior.

It is a 1998 according to the chap we bought it from. I believe it was called A Jubilee edition trim. The serial number dates it 1998 as well.

A yellow stripe then. They did make Jubilee versions in that colour too many of which have a "Jubilee" decal on the rear of the roof.
Here's a Triton Yellow Jubilee:-

I like the upholstery and it has held up well. The colours are nice and bright. Beats beige and brown any day.

Our first Eriba was a Jubilee edition Triton 420 - we loved the interior design - it had the same interior as your Puck. I'm pretty sure it was a 1998 model. Externally it had yellow stripes and "Touring" in yellow, but no "Jubilee" badging... Maybe they kept the colour-way into 1998, but it was no longer a true jubilee model? Looking at a couple of original brochures, it seems 1997 was the true "Jubilee" year, with "Jubilee" in big writing all over. By 1999 it had become plain silver/white exterior, with purple stripes as an option - plus the Jubilee interior was still available.

Our purple stripe Troll is a 99 and underneath our top covers is the same material as shown in #1.
The plain silver and white came along in 2000 but like all things Eriba and I guess, stock dependant, the stripes, particularly the yellow stripes, went on for a year or two into the very early naughties.

However the official brochures don't seem to reflect this - which may mean some unsold stock continued for a while - did Hymer issue the VIN plate only when a caravan was sold to a dealer? Hence 'vans built in 1998 could still be sold with a later apparent registration? I can't see, otherwise, how they could be selling yellow striped vans several years after they disappeared from the official sales brochures? And our first van, with everything from the Jubilee versions except for the decals saying "Jubilee", never appeared in any official brochures of the time...
