vango kela airbeam awning

Just thought we would ask, as we are selling our camper van, and hopefully going to get an Eriba (420 or 540) we have a new vango kela airbeam awning which we have only used once, and was wondering would it still work with an Eriba caravan? If not then we might as well sell that too!
Thanks for any advice,
Paul & Caz.

Hi Paul and Caz,
One of the Eribas here at the EOC meeting in Chatallailon Plage has a Vango Airbeam awning attached. I will ask for you.

Done it!
It is a Vango Kela Airbeam awning.

If I was buying an awning I reckon that would be the one but we acquired a NR awning with the Eriba. You should keep it and use it with your new baby when you have it.

Thanks for the info, we will be keeping it now, great to know it will work with the Eriba, as we have decided to keep the camper van, and look for an Eriba as well.
Cheers for your help.

A big white box had one of these things next to the van but not attached at our hash event at Pewsey. I had a look and a chat and it seems very good and impressive and I might attempt to pursuade madam to sell our NR awning and get one of these jobbies. This couple only bought their unit at a show at Newbury the week previously and the awning too and weren't sure about any of it as this was their first trip and they were rather swamped by the 57 hashers round them for 2 days but they enjoyed the entertinment.
They seem to believe there was an attachment that could link it to their rool out sun shade.

Regarding the one the Frantones are talking about in one of the above posts, we noticed that they had taking it down later in the week. As we though they were leaving we approached them for a chat and they explained that they took it down as it was too dark and warm to live out off in good weather.

Bonjour mes amis!
(Spell check has just changed 'mes' into M&S ))

The Kela Airbeam awning that I posted a pic of from the EOC do in France, was taken down the next day as it became too bit inside.

Pity the spell check didn't finish the job, Tony.
