Met up with Bogbean last week while down in Devon and whilst enjoying her delish honey cake and tea in her gorgeous cottage with a huge garden she was telling Carole and I about a very old Eriba that hasn't been moved for years in a barn near Bridport she passes regularly. She said she felt tempted to go in having parked her Puck outside and ask them what they will do with it and in fact do they really know what they have. I agreed as there must be loads of old valuable, collectable stuff around like this, cars, caravans, machinery etc etc.

In the compound where we store our Eriba is a puck, I'm guessing it's late nineties. It breaks our heart to see it as the poor thing looks ready for the nackers yard. Rather than say what's wrong with it its easier to say nothing is right. I did ask the owner what he intended doing with the poor Puck and he will sell but wants a price offered to him. Even though I can be very blunt at times I can't bring myself to say that he should really be considering paying someone to take it off his hands with the intention of trying to save it. I will try to remember to take a photo when we collect Doo-Dah next week. I feel a sad end coming for the little Puck.
