one job that seems to be daily effort is sweeping out the sand, dust , or cut grass out of the eriba, even with a mat shoes off, it still gets in.
having a daft moment thought what if something did the task for me
having seen the prices, quickly swept that idea under carpet

Very clever! Will be sticking to the purple broom that lives under the van on site. However, I quite often end up depositing lots of little beetles and things that seem to like to move in to the bristles as a temporary home.
Have you seen the youtube video of the little cat riding on a robot hoover, closely followed by a duck? If I find it I'll post sometime - it's hilarious.
Thinking about it - if you had the robot you'd have to be careful to shut the door or else you'd hoover up the whole campsite!

Actually that should be at least twice daily Agger uses a small dustpan and brush some "wet" floor wipes (from the £1 shop) and I do occasionally carry a small hoover, which we won in a competition

The floor is like most, covered in carpet (which we put in ourselves, and it is actually 3 small carpets joined)

We have something along these lines permanently in the van. Aldi sell them from time to time and the model we've got sucks up water as well. A really neat job for roughly 24€

It wasn't that actual one, but the same cat. I'd forgotten about the shark suit!
