Piece in the Sunday Times about people being too polite on motorways where there is a lane closur and many drift into the open lane ways ahead of where the merge should be. Also I notice many are driving very slow (often around 50mph?) on the inside lane, maybe to save fuel but causing all sorts of delays, misunderstandings, frustration, dangerous moves etc.
