just been out and checked and the full gas cylinder is a 2010 typically the 2012 cylinder is almost empty
will sort tomorrow

Many thanks for the heads up on this as we have a virtually empty one sitting in our eriba as we speak. Come to think of it i was surprised how quickly we used it all. Wonder if they are leaking slightly.

just a update
rang a supplier who said all his stock of calorlites have been taken by calor and no checked stock has returned, if I was concerned could take cylinder and leave there but wouldn't get a replacement, don't know when replacements are arriving.
supplier also said he wasn't ordering until calor sort out who pays as he not gong out of pocket, did mention the link and info but he hasn't been informed the next steps by calor
wait till Wednesday 24th before seeking replacements

I went into our local calor dealer, they have had no info or communication from calor, they found out from a customer this morning.

no replacements at our supplier as yet! Wednesday 24th

I called a few calor gas suppliers who in all honesty where quite unhelpful. Eventually i managed to exchange mine after showing the staff at the shop the calor gas recall web page from my smart phone.

Went to two Calor dealers today, neither had any in stock as there'd been a rush following the recall. Have put my name down for one on next delivery. Both dealers knew about the recall and other than availability no issues from them.

Now sorted and have replacement bottle from a very helpful local hardware store. Wasn't sure the bottle was quite as really full or it could just have been a dodgy indicator. They're very rudimentary and not to be trusted tbh. Calor did drop,off more bottles than the hardware store was expecting so they know there's a bit of a rush on.
