We are going away soon in the Familia and we could only get a non awning pitch on a CC site, has anybody else had one of these kind of pitches and was able to put up a sunshade in the day and then take it down at night time without any issues from the camp Kommanandant?
We have an Isabella shadow we would like to use.

I once unrolled my Caravanstore at Baltic Wharf, it was new to us and we just wanted to unroll it and see if it needed 1 or 2 people to erect anyway, I had barely unzipped when Herr Flick of the Caravan Club Gestapo appeared and told me I was on a non awning pitch and suggested it would be in my best interests not to continue to unroll it, as to do so would see me being given a "black mark"

From my experience I would ask the site warden before attempting an erection

Thanks for the advise Agger, I wouldn't like to be caught in mid erection and marched off the camp....
