Ohhh that sounds intriguing if not a little dangerous. 
However, I'm sure it'll work out fine. Just don't go all dewy eyed over the upholstery and get underneath with a prodder.
Are we likely to know who's bringing it over for you? There are quite a few good guys out there.
Looking forward to a full report.

No, but if he's doing it regularly, he's got a reputation to uphold. 
There are lots of folk who get their vans from the Netherlands and appear to have had very good deals.

Whoo=hoo. Yay. Long treck to Dover today to complete the deal...And all sems to have gone remarkably well. Just .returned home with an astonishingly well kept 1980 Eriba Puck. General light wear, but no frame rust (as far as I can discover at the moment), solid floor.All upholstery and trim very good.New tyres and wheels and new hookup point. Photos to follow when I've worked out how to

Pleased, delighted, slightly terrified. Feel we have chanced upon a beautifully kept example and now have a responsibility not to wreck it! It's astonishingly well preserved - a little wear and one or two very minor mods. Thanks Alex, you did us proud.
