wild re-pitching

we had quite a wild two days with wind, our eriba was placed up top of garden while maintenance was carried out in garden.
while its been parked up top we have had gales before, but due to the lay of land eribas been solid,
Friday night the wind was howling louder than before, we decided to pop up an see the state of play, not an easy task, ever walked but not gone anywhere?
the wind was multi directional but gusting with spells of low and high wind speed, eriba was softly dancing side to side on stands / steadies placed on wood,
the greenhouse near by was moving, (GH located in a purpose made hole to lower it out of weather) flying glass is a no no with a smooth skin so we moved eriba 9pm in wind and jet black garden, down the hill to the shelter of home, we left the caravan hitched to car but lowered steadies, and hoped the rattling tiles didn't fly off home roof, the wind gained strength to the point the fire wood burner was whistling, the wind roar was constant

watching the weather on that constant channel, said it was going to snow at 3pm today ( it did) and the wind would drop around 11am this morning, (amazing how they get the times so spot on)
needing the car later in week we decided this morning to reverse, release, turn the eriba around, re pitch releasing car and making the entrance door more secure, all before the snow alert
who needs sleep and a gym when you can do resistance training with eriba and wind, phew!!!

we have been lucky not to suffer any damage, others haven't been so lucky..
hope everyone been lucky too.

(if your wondering why not moved eriba before, reason was we hadn't seen the weather or news.)
