I see airstream are now advertising eriba,Familia, Triton and Troll they are based in Cumbria as well as down South. Just gives you another option for any one not right down South or right up North. They have the brochure and price list on there web site.

Airstreams UK dealership is based up in Cumbria and has a tiny display operation in the Cotswolds.

I believe they are not allowed to display Eribas down south as the territory is allocated to AL.

We bought our 310 from them in September. I can thoroughly recommend the service received.
They have a nice showroom with Airstream, Eriba and T@B models, some with awnings attached.

Hiya PhilipM,
Did you buy new or used, we keep thinking of upgrading to new but cant make our mind up maybe to wait for excellent condition second hand. We have a Puck at the moment and was going to buy Familia but the more we think about it we may go for Triton. We like the layout of the Triton 430, do they reduce the price in the show room or is the price in the price list the price you pay?

Hello Morphy,

Ours was new. When we bought, they had about 5 310's in stock (each with a slightly different specification) and we looked in them all in the end and chose the one which suited us most. It wasn't in the showroom, or the outside display area but in the compound so we were the first person to set foot in it (which pleased my wife for some reason).

The price included an "on the road pack" which could be tailored to suit individual needs. So, if you already have gas bottles or a hook up cable for example, this can be removed to reduce the price.

They also had a offer on at the time with £1500 off the marked price, so we took advantage of that. I'd priced the same exact model with another dealer (which I would have to have waited for), and it was £1500 + cheaper at Airstream.

As an additional extra, new owners can have up to 3 nights free on a local (Tebay) caravan park with Airstream just a phone call away if you have problems. As the site is about 2 miles from them they will come over to you too.

I was totally new to caravanning and had never town before. They spent time with me teaching all the basics, and I even got a lesson or two in reversing, with follow up phone calls and e-mails to make sure all was well.

I can thoroughly recommend them. They let you look around as much as you like and are not pushy in any way at all.

Philip.

PS - They still have some winter special offers on (with a 430 on there)

It may be worth giving them a quick call. Before buying (on a Friday), we visited twice on a Sunday and they were open. Sometimes, their website is not 100% accurate with Sunday opening.
