Its not just phones that are needed. In the last election we had locally for Police Commissioner the only place to get information on the candidates was on the internet. My Dad (89) who doesn't have the internet didn't vote (for the first time in his life) as he felt excluded from the process. Moving with the times is fine but there has to be some allowance for those who can't or don't wish to. Mobile phones, internet, photo Id etc some people just haven't got it.
