Do You Have a motor mover that you need a bar to
engage/ disengage? How about a little more control?

Are the movers handed? Like right or left side before we get the wise cracks.

Um! yes, but to engage them there is on most "modern" movers a cross linkage
that allows both movers to be engaged/disengaged from either side. So if you
store your caravan against a wall, hedge or fence you can still engage/disengage
the movers simultaneously. You don't operate them in opposite directions.

The Reich can be suppled by AL with an extra motor to 'drive' the rollers into the wheels automatically (i.e. not manually). Saves bending and stretching!!

Ta muchly, probably doubles the price. The reason I queried it was about convenience when parking at home and quite frankly I didn't realise the mover was fittted to both wheels,

Bending and stretching is good for you.

People who don't bend and stretch go all inert and blobby and have to be rescued when their trousers catch fire instead of being able to deal with it themselves.

If the mover was only fitted to one wheel, you'd spend the whole time going round in tight little circles.

Had to smile at the letter in C&CC magazine where a chap using his motor mover totally lost control of his van, turned out the bloke on the next pitch had a mover with the remote on the same frequency they were controlling each others vans

I read "Old Rocker's" post re: the movers, and I thought he was giving us a wind up..... ..so I got the CCC mag for March 2013, and there it was. I shall keep an eye open in future, as to who is doing what nearby........ Ian.
