Reluctant sale due to advancing age and declining mobility

Bought from A/L in 2010.
Equipped with Smev 3 burner stainless steel hob & sink, Dometic 3-way fridge, Truma gas flued heater under wardrobe, blown air system, separate washroom with Thetford cassette toilet, double glazed opening windows with cassette blinds & flyscreens, retractable entrance step, spare wheel, alloy wheels, leisure battery & charger, 6 UK 3-pin 240 volt sockets, one 12v socket on side of fridge cabinet one each in lights at each end of caravan, awning light,.
Cold water to both sinks supplied by electric pump from removable container under sink unit. Recessed front opening gas storage cabinet with 3.9kg Propane cylinder fitted and space for another if required. (Only single fitting at present). Lockable side access to underbed storage.
A 2 bike Omni-Bike+ was fitted to the rear when we bought it but we've never used it so it's been stored in garage and only refitted for sale
The 420 is fitted with the long dining area seats that fold out to a 6' x 6' king sized bed or can be used as 2 singles. Table can also be used externally.

Includes TWO awnings; one Movera full awning with alloy "easy-system" poles for long stays and one A/L (NR) porch awning for weekends. One Lichfield windbreak.
Easy to tow and move manually but we have had a Reich Comfort Motor Mover fitted to make it even easier. Access to the side of our house is via a lowered kerb to a slight incline but the mover makes simple work of it.
Realised that it's only been used twice in 2013 and once in 2014 so just had a 60 point service which it passed with flying colours.(Report included)
Has been stored under a carport attached to the side of my house since being bought, in fact the carport was erected specifically to protect the Eriba and made high enough so that the poptop could be opened to provide ventilation.

Extras fitted/added during my ownership:
Halogen light bulbs replaced with low current, low heat LEDs.
2 Additional UK 240 Volt sockets.
Truma Ultraheat electric heating added to Truma gas heater (you pay for electricity on-site so why use your gas?).
Folding shelf fitted to side of wardrobe with adjacent mains socket. We used it for kettle and toaster to free up more space for Cook! Folds flat when not needed.
Digital Battery Voltage Monitor (switchable so that the backlighting does distract you from sleep).
Alko 1300 Hitchlock and security ball.
Bulldog Euro-clamp to fit the alloy wheel.

There were a few small dinks in the smooth bodywork when we bought it, probably caused when previous owner had a mishap when fitting the awning, but nothing severe and we've never bothered to rectify them.
The interior is in good condition with only a small dink on the table prevents it being perfect.
