Looking for the best way to remove the,, brown paint, useless job, and replace with to match my tow car. Think the previous try was edged with masking paint has ed GED out due to the mottled Ali..

The only real way to repaint a dimpled finish van would be to mask off at the waist height rail and repaint the bottom 1\2
If you can't afford a professional respray consider going over the existing paintwork with a scouring pad to provide a key for the new paint clean off with something like white spirit then spray with grey primer followed by 2 or 3 coats of new colour followed with some clear lacquer

if just doing the brown
(could do a mirror chrome finish to reflect the colour of car ),
I would seek a painter and give the headache to him or her, a plus is the oven to start to set paint and no insects dust stuck in paint..
