Table Extension

Hello,

My 310 has a fixed bed so our table is the small one at the other end of the Eriba. I'd like to make an extension some how. I saw a link on here where you could buy a length of the bracket material which is on the table and then the opposite which is on the outside of the Eriba. I've searched the forum, but cannot find the link. Can anyone remember where to buy this? I'd then use the extension on the outside to lengthen the table away from the wheel arch.

Thanks.

Consider making a bigger table rather than trying to extend the existing one

I was thinking of just attaching some to each side of a 20cm piece of lightweight plastic about the width of the table. I will not put anything on it, but just use it to extend the table slightly. Does this sound like a mad idea?

to be blunt ............yes as each piece hooks into the other so are likely to unhook at any moment consider something like a fitted kitchen cupboard door with a length of rail fitted and an adjustable leg fitted for use in the awning and save the original table somewhere like a garage or shed for when you want to sell the van
