Looking at the second hand (sorry Pre-owned) pictures of eribas for sale, the Sink/hob always look like the day they were new, Anyone know how they achieve this ?

I don't think 'achieved' is probably the correct word?

It's mainly a case of under use. Either because the owners use site facilities a lot or only cook outside.

All the Automotive Leisure sinks on their pre-owned Eribas,
are polished to a like new finish. I used a metal polish called
(I think) Flitz or Fliss and microfibre polishing pads.
The nearest I can find http://www.amazon.co.uk/Autoglym-COMPLET...ym+metal+polish

What you need is 4nought wire wool yes really! It's used in "the trade" for polishing windscreens and applying wax to woodwork. Easily obtainable from ebay

Likes to wax and have a smooth finish! Has an empty space where once a very polished Eriba stood😎

When I had my Puck I used Brasso with the waddling, this took out all the dullness and tarnish and made them shiny again.

Here is a picture of my previous Puck which was 19 years old when I sold it, I used the cooker constantly when we were away.

In my younger motorbike days we all used solvol autosol as a chrome\alloy cleaner having some in the garage I have used it to clean my ss sink unit in the kitchen at home with some success and found it polished the alloy skirt in front of the gas box nicely

I have used Solvol Autosol for many years on aluminium/chrome car and bike bits - super stuff ! Have had one tube for more years than I care to count ! It is important to use it VERY sparingly and it lasts for ages ! Tried it recently on home kitchen stainless sink - worked well but as a mild abrasive it would need a lot of work on deep scratches !
