Oh dear, some people have been upset by my apparent rudeness in correcting the spelling of 'dementia' within this thread.
Please be aware that the original poster and I had already had a conversion by PM prior to her initial posting in which I had provided a link to a company that provides replacement Eriba decals and suggested that she post an introduction setting out her specific requirements so that members might help her in her search.
As it is by no means unknown for professionally produced printed material to have glaring spelling and grammatical errors, my intention was merely to suggest that she check that her sticker was spelled correctly before attaching it to her van.
Correcting the spelling and grammatical errors on this forum would be a full-time job but, provided that a poster's meaning is clear, I have no interest in making amendments. The mental picture I had of firefighters screwing smoke detectors to pensioners' heads was amusing though.
