Hello, Eribafolk.

We live in South Devon and have had a 1989 Eriba Familia for the past four years. She is warm and cosy even going out in the extremes of the season as early as March with frost on the ground and as late as November. We have managed at least 20 days away each year but as we are newly retired, hope to get away a lot more now.

We usually tow with a Nissan X-Trail - a bit overkill with an Eriba but we also have a Drascombe sailing boat and need the 4WD on slipways. We have also successfully towed the Familia with my Fiat Panda diesel for shorter trips.

Our friends are so enamoured by our Eriba that they are looking for a Triton 430 so if anybody is selling one, please let us know.

Hi and
Regards Chris and Keith

To Victoriana........ we have only camped a few days in cold weather and didn't pull the top down. We found the 400w oil filled heater with thermostat, was adequate and we were very warm. I leave it on half all night. The only time we have had to put top down is due to the campsite being next to the M4!!
