All our socket where changed to UK ones by AL. We have a socket in our kitchen area and when you use it you can't access the chopping board or drawer under it, we have tried to remove the socket to turn it on its side but can't get it out? Are we missing something I don't want to break my lovely van but it's very frustrating being the way it is and know it would be fine if mounted sideways. Has anyone else made this change and if so what do we do!

The surround frame will flick off if you carefully insert a sharp blade behind it . Then you will,see the small screws that are holding the actual socket. Just remove these screws and rotate the socket before re screwing back into the same holes.

Not the same socket but they are all the same structure.

No wonder we couldn't get it out thank you a life saver our next trip will be a happy one!
