Afternoon all.

I have just returned from a pleasant weekend away in the Trossachs and have an issue with my pop up roof that someone may be able to advise upon.

The fibreglass top section has delaminated from the insulation pad that can be seen from the inside of the habitation area, resulting in the insulation pad being secured by the spring latches but the rear section for the fibreglass top not fixed with the exception of the hinge assembly and further investigation when I got home shows that the fibreglass cap is only fixed using some form of glue and a layer of fibreglass matting to hold it all together.

Is this normal?

There was a nice couple in the next pitch at Cobleland who had just bought a Puck and I managed to have a peek to see how their pop up was fixed and it was very different to say the least.

The first photo below is from their 1994 Puck and the second is from my 1989 Bali; therefore any comments and advise would be grateful.

Yours looks like the spring is also missing from the two lugs at the top
