HI all, I have not been on the forum for a while as we have been trying to use triton as much as possible! just thought the following info may be handy to others who may be in the same situation, We purchased a cover from AL at Octobers NEC show all seemed fine until approx. 6 weeks ago when I noticed that the outer fabric of the cover was coming away from the water proof membrane sandwiched in the middle, under closer inspection the outer material seems to be turning to powder and comes away when you rub your hand over it, phoned AL who said they would contact the makers, Cameron phoned today to say that there was a faulty batch which were mainly the orders taken at the NEC show and that they would replace it free of charge and because the maker admitted that a fault is present , they did not even want the old cover back, superb service from Cameron, Steve and Jason at AL ,they said 5 people had already contacted them relating to this fault so far, could be worth checking your covers if purchased around this time especially if the van is in storage and not been looked at for a while,
hope this may help someone

Cheers, got one free gratis when the Puck was serviced in April. Will check it now. Nice to hear good report about Jason after our tiff about the Reich remote.
